How I Work

01

Brief & Alignment

We discuss your goals, target audience, tone, and technical depth. I ask the right questions upfront so there are no surprises later.

02

Research & Outline

I research the topic, analyse competitors, identify target keywords, and create a detailed outline. You review and approve before I start writing.

03

First Draft

I write the full article with proper structure, code examples (if needed), and SEO optimisation. Delivered within the agreed timeline.

04

Review & Revisions

You review the draft. One round of revisions is included. Most clients approve with minimal changes because the outline was already aligned.

05

Final Delivery

Final article delivered in your preferred format — Markdown, Google Docs, CMS-ready HTML, or directly published to your platform.

Client Feedback

Krunal delivered a 12-part blockchain deep-dive series that became our highest-traffic content. He understands the tech at a level most writers simply don't — smart contracts, DeFi mechanics, Layer 2 trade-offs. Our developer audience loved it.
A

Arjun Mehta

CTO, ChainVerse Labs

We needed someone who could write about ML pipelines and data engineering without dumbing it down. Krunal nailed it. His articles on Databricks and Azure ML drove 3x more organic traffic than our previous content. He's now our go-to writer for anything technical.
S

Sarah Chen

Head of Content, DataStack AI

Krunal wrote our entire developer documentation and a series of technical tutorials. The quality was exceptional — clear code examples, proper structure, and he actually tested everything he wrote. Turnaround was fast and communication was seamless.
R

Rahul Sharma

Founder, DevToolkit

Finding a writer who can explain Web3 concepts to both developers and business stakeholders is rare. Krunal did exactly that for our case studies and services pages. The content directly contributed to closing two enterprise deals.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is your typical turnaround time?

Most articles (2,000–3,000 words) are delivered within 5–7 business days. Longer pieces, case studies, and documentation projects are scoped individually. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.

How do you price your writing services?

Pricing depends on the type of content, technical depth, and research required. Blog posts typically start at $300–500 per article. Documentation and case study projects are quoted per project. Contact me for a custom quote.

Do you write about topics outside blockchain and AI?

Yes. While blockchain and AI/ML are my primary specialisations, I also write about software development, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, data engineering, and developer careers. If it's technical, I can probably write about it.

Can you handle ongoing content needs?

Absolutely. Many of my clients work with me on a retainer basis — typically 4–8 articles per month. This works well for companies building a consistent content program and wanting a dedicated writer who understands their domain.

Do you do keyword research and SEO?

Yes. Every article I write is researched for search intent and optimised for target keywords. I can also provide standalone content strategy and keyword research as a separate service.

What does your writing process look like?

My process: (1) Brief and topic alignment, (2) Keyword and competitor research, (3) Outline review with you, (4) First draft delivery, (5) One round of revisions, (6) Final delivery. Most clients approve with minimal changes.
